Good lifestyle adds up to 10 years to life expectancy


Healthy lifestyle gives a bonus of 10 years for women and 7 years for men.
These additional years of life are free of cancer, heart problems and type-2 diabetes.
Limiting alcohol, exercising daily and maintaining a healthy BMI is the key.
This observational study tracked about 111,000 people for more than 20 years
Research by Harvard School of Public Health, in Boston published in British Medical Journal.

That's 10 years to find a rejuvenation therapy that adds another 10 years... and then another...
