According to The JAMA, we don't exercise as much as we might think.

Even a small amount of exercise may have substantial health benefits compared with being sedentary.

For every additional 15 minutes of moderate-intensity exercise risk of death reduces by 4 %.

Greatest benefit got people who exercised for an average of 63 to 88 minutes a day.

Two studies were published in JAMA and JAMA Internal Medicine Journals.
