Behavioural scientist with a background in health psychology. My role at Zinc focuses on maximising the R&D potential of new startups, bridging the gap with academia and integrating an evidence-based approach into Zinc's venture-builder programme. I lead a programme of work that is user-centred, problem-led and interdisciplinary. Our aim is to develop a new, innovative model of R&D for the social/behavioural sciences.

I also have an honorary role at UCL, and continue to be involved in a range of teaching and research activities with the UCL Centre for Behaviour Change.
