New year's resolutions to live forever
A quick interim post on how to live forever - if you're not already doing all this then you MUST resolve to do them this year - they are the easiest way to keep healthy and increase your chances of being alive then medical technology overtakes aging:
- Stop smoking
- Exercise regularly (3 good sessions a week as daily activity)
- Five a day - fruit and veg are the cheapest drugs on the market!
- Meditate - lots of studies out this year demonstrating longer life in those that use mindful meditation
- Sleep well - about 7-8 hours a night with a window open
My resolution is to make more time to put my grand plan together to help myself (and members of the live forever club) to live forever - what more important thing could there be?
