The University of Santiago de Compostela - USC is a public university located in the city of Santiago de Compostela, Spain.  With more than five centuries of tradition,  the USC is organized into two Campuses,  which include 30 centres, nearly 80 departments and more than 60 degrees. It has a wide academic offer and powerful research capacity, and has been valued for its excellence as one of the best universities in Spain and the European Higher Education Area. The USC is a pioneering institution in the development of entrepreneurship policies, promotion of R+D+ie but also in the transfer and valorization of the results of its research.

There are 10 degrees in the Arts and Humanities area of ​​knowledge, 9 in Science - all of which are offered at the Santiago Campus -, 10 in Health Sciences, 21 in Social and Legal Sciences and, finally, 10 in Engineering and Architecture. 

Most degree programs last four years (or 240 ECTS), and double degree programs generally last between five and six academic years.
