In partnership with HIMsa, IFIC is supporting the project management of the United4Health programme. The core ambition of United4Health is to develop telehealth solutions that enable healthcare providers to adopt innovative and integrated health and care service models. The programme seeks to involve approximately 12,000 patients and it’s pilot sites across the EU have targeted key diseases such as diabetes, COPD and cardiovascular disease. Each telehealth service aims to transform the patient’s experience and give them a central role in the management of their own condition in a way that is convenient to their daily lives by the use of remote monitoring.
