The University of Agder (UiA) is situated on the southern tip of Norway and is located on two campuses, in Kristiansand and Grimstad. The university has over 13 000 students and 1440 academic and administrative staff members. It is one of the youngest universities in Norway, but its history dates back to 1839.
UiA seeks to be an open and inclusive university that is characterised by a culture of collaboration. Knowledge is successfully co-created when staff, students and the larger community challenge each other.
