Assistant Professor in the Medical College of Georgia, in departments of Medicine: Endocrinology, Orthopedic Surgery, Neuroscience and Regenerative Medicine, Cellular Biology and Anatomy.

Fulzele completed B.V.SC in Veterinary Sciences at Pubjab Agricultural University, M.V.SC. in Animal Sciences and Ph.D. in Biotechnology at Indian Veterinary Research. He was a postdoctoral fellow in the Medical College of Georgia.
