Parminder Singh
Postdoctoral Research Fellow at Buck Institute for Research on Aging
Dr. Parminder Singh joined Dr. Kapahi's lab at Buck Institute for Research on aging as a Postdoctoral Research Fellow in the summer of 2021. He received his PhD from the National Institute of Immunology, Delhi, India, where he Investigated the inter-organ communication in metabolic disorders such as osteoporosis and diabetes at molecular level. His research at the Buck Institute aims to dissect the interconnected pathways regulating the hallmarks of aging and its effect on system biology. Apart from lab work, Dr. Singh spends his free time exploring and cooking different kinds of food and loves to chat about non-fictional stories and philosophy of life with the lens of neuroscience.
