Owen Wolkowitz is a clinical and translational research psychiatrist and Professor of Psychiatry Domain at the University of California, San Francisco. He is presently Co-Director of the UCSF Depression Center.
Dr. Owen received his MD degree from the University of Maryland, completed psychiatric residency training at Stanford University, and a fellowship in psychopharmacology research at the National Institute of Mental Health.
His clinical, teaching and research work focused on affective and anxiety disorders, with interests in accelerating biological aging in psychiatric conditions as well as precision psychiatry.
