John and Jene Blume—Robert and Ruth Halperin Professor of Neurosurgery, Stanford University
Jaimie Henderson is a Professor of Neurosurgery, Neurology & Neurological Sciences at the Stanford University Medical Center. He is also affiliated with Bio-X and Wu Tsai Neurosciences Institute. He is the Director of Stereotactic and Functional Neurosurgery since 2004.
Henderson earned a Bachelor's in Biology from Washington University, St. Louis. Later, he attended Rush University Medical College for his medical education. He completed residency at St Louis University Hospital.
His work focuses on developing clinically viable interfaces between the human brain and prosthetic devices to assist people with severe neurological disability.
