Ph.D student in NanoEngineering Department at University of California San Diego.
Henry is a Ph.D. candidate in the Shaochen Chen Laboratory at UCSD's Department of Nanoengineering. He is working to combine 3D bioprinting and microfluidics for microphysiological systems and tissue engineering applications.
Henry's academic training is in biomedical engineering, with an M.Eng degree from Cornell University, and a BSE degree from Duke University. Prior to UCSD, Henry worked at the Massachusetts General Hospital's Center for Engineering and Medicine, on microfluidics-based magnetophoretic isolation of circulating tumor cells from patients' whole blood.
