Edward Jude was appointed Consultant in Diabetes & Endocrinology at Tameside Hospital NHS Foundation Trust in 2001.He is lead for Diabetes and Endocrinology as well the diabetic foot service for Tameside and Glossop. He has been the chairman of the European Diabetic Foot Study Group and currently is on the council for the European Wound Management Association. His research interests include endothelial dysfunction, neuropathy and diabetic foot ulcers and newer therapies for diabetes.
