Betterhumans

Non-profit scientific research organization that studies the biology of aging and age-related diseases.

The original Betterhumans LLC was formed in 2008 and published five h+ Magazine issues (http://hplusmagazine.com/magazine/) before donating the business and assets to Humanity+. It also engaged in funding and promoting biotechnology, neurotechnology, and artificial intelligence research and therapies.

Betterhumans was re-established as a Florida non-profit corporation in 2013, and conducts research into longevity, disease prevention, and general human enhancement. It currently conducts IRB-approved human clinical trials and engages in basic and translational biogerontology research. It is a 501(c)(3) tax-exempt scientific research organization.

Our goal, as a non-profit, is to develop therapies that can be offered at the lowest cost possible. Stem cell transplants and gene therapy upgrades (such as improved health and lifespan) should not cost you the equivalent of buying a car, it should be as affordable as a new cell phone or laptop. We hope to pioneer storefront clinics that can provide these upgrades so that anyone over the age of 65 can afford them, and can participate in the wave of Exponential Technology in the bio-medical field that will propel us into an unlimited future of lasting health and youth. All discoveries will be offered under a Creative Commons Public Patent License format, or the equivalent.
