The goal of her research is to explore the dynamic relationship between nutrition and the circadian clock in health and disease in order to develop new therapeutic strategies to increase healthspan and well-being across the lifespan in humans. As a postdoctoral fellow and a staff scientist in Dr. Panda’s laboratory at The Salk Institute for Biological Studies, she explored the interaction between circadian rhythms and metabolic homeostasis.
