Five pensioners who thrive on extreme exercise
Edwina Brocklesby: triathlete, 76, didn’t do any exercise at all until she was 50.
Eddy Diget: personal trainer, 74, competed in 1962 Commonwealth Games in diving and swimming.
Gwyn Haslock: surfer, 73, also plays tennis and enjoys gardening.
Ida Keeling: sprinter, 104, started running aged 67 - "if I start a race, I finish it."
Fauja Singh: marathon runner, 108, happy to still be mobile and independent.
