We urgently need to find new ways to prevent, diagnose and treat cancer - but we can't do it alone. Since Worldwide Cancer Research was founded in 1979 cancer survival rates in the UK have doubled. But with 1 in 2 people in the UK now predicted to be diagnosed with cancer in their lifetime, there's still so much more to do.
