Lab dedicated to developing intelligent algorithms and controls new robotic systems.
The UCSD Advanced Robotics and Controls Lab (ARClab) in the Dept. of Electrical and Computer Engineering is dedicated to developing intelligent algorithms and controls new robotic systems for primarily medical applications. Our group is a multi-disciplinary team comprising of electrical engineers, mechanical engineers, computer scientists, and clinical collaborators at UC San Diego. Our technical areas span robot design, control and motion planning, computer vision, and machine learning. The lab is directed by Professor Michael Yip.
