Named as one of the Most Powerful Women in Healthcare IT, Esposito is the system vice president of Information and Technology Innovation at Advocate Aurora Health.

Esposito and her team have responsibility for system data strategies, measurement, and analytics in support of improved patient outcomes and organizational performance.  Additionally, Esposito provides executive oversight of the Advocate Cerner Collaborative, which has leveraged joint resources in the creation of a big data strategy, advanced analytical models, and deployment of these models into clinical workflow.
