Suyash joined 23andMe in 2016 here after doing post-doctoral work in Carlos Bustamante’s Lab at Stanford University where he worked on genetic data privacy, ancestral inference, and next-generation genetic sequencing.

He received his Ph.D. in Machine Learning from Carnegie Mellon University, and he received his undergraduate degree in Computer Science and Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology in Bombay.
