Sebastian Dupraz
Postdoctoral researcher in Bradke's lab at DZNE.
After obtaining his degree in Chemistry and biotechnology by ends of 2004 he immediately started his path in basic sciences joining Santiago Quiroga’s lab were he did his PhD and a short postdoc studying the biology and functions of the IGF-1R pathway during development and regeneration of neuronal systems.
Then, he joined the lab of Frank Bradke were he’s been investigating the role of Rho GTPases in the establishment of neuronal polarity and axonal growth as well as increasing my expertise in the biology of neuronal regeneration.
He's interested in how chemical signatures in the cellular cytoskeleton instruct cellular behaviors. He also find exciting any challenge involving the design and testing of new tools in molecular biology.
