I am an experienced strategist who builds and leads great teams for high-impact activity in external relations, communications, policy and public affairs. My background is in genomics, policy, innovation, and precision medicine, and my main focus is delivering constructive change and building productive stakeholder relationships to support organisational aims and objectives.

I am part of the executive leadership team at the PHG Foundation where, in addition to supporting corporate development, management and income generation, I lead on external communications, engagement and events, policy and public affairs. This includes government affairs and provision of the secretariat to the All Party Parliamentary Group on Personalised Medicine. As an experienced charity trustee, I have additional skills in governance and strategic planning and senior-level recruitment and mentoring.
