Mr. Nelson is a professional engineer in the state of Colorado and previously in Wyoming. His engineering specialty includes water resources, hydrology, open channel design, storm drainage, underground pipelines, and other water related issues. Mr. Nelson was president of PL Nelson Engineering from 2007 until 2014 and frequently served as an expert witness.
