Economist at the RAND, performing research on dementia, employment, retirement etc
Peter Hudomiet is an economist at the RAND Corporation. His research interests include applied econometrics, labor economics, economics of aging, and health economics. Currently, he is conducting research on dementia, retirement, and the accuracy of subjective probabilistic expectations (mortality, job loss, improving measurement of subjective expectations).
His research is mainly focused on Alzheimer's disease and dementias, employment and unemployment, health economics, human capital investments, labor markets, occupations, and retirement benefits.
Hudomiet has a Ph.D. in economics from the University of Michigan, an M.A. in economics from the Central European University, and an MSc in computer science from the Budapest University of Technology.
