Professor Naomi Allen is the Chief Scientist at UK Biobank and a Professor of Epidemiology at the University of Oxford’s Nuffield Department for Population Health. She leads the linkage of electronic health records for all UK Biobank participants and has a research background in cancer epidemiology. Her work includes overseeing significant studies, such as the Coronavirus Serology Study, which revealed important insights into immune response after COVID-19 infection.
