I received a PhD degree at Newcastle University / UK in May 2018. My project was about a novel wireless system for restoring sight. I passed the viva successfully and finished the project. During this study, I established a new group (Optogenetic Visual Cortical Prosthesis) for restoring sight. The OVCP group and this project is the only group in the world for restoring sight by delivering light to the visual cortex. 

I interested in retinal and visual cortical prostheses for restoring sight. Currently, I am designing and manufacturing a new system for aiding the ultra-low vision people and for treating lazy eyes by a new technique. 

My future work will be a new method for treating glaucoma without surgery.
