Matthias Mann has received numerous awards for his research, including the Edman Prize of the “Methods in Protein Structure Analysis“ Society (1998), the Meyenburg Cancer Research Award (2001), the Anfinsen Award of the Protein Society (2005), the Leibniz Prize of the German Research Foundation (2012), the Ernst Schering Prize (2012), and the Louis-Jeantet Prize for Medicine (2012).
