Stepping down as CEO of CMR Surgical while remaining on the board as a non-exec director and co-founder effective 1.1.2020. Appointed Chair of Peek Vision April 2020

Experienced in all aspects of start-ups and scale-ups, building and leading complex technical and commercial teams teams, raising venture and development capital, and building industrial partnerships. Have worked across Medtech, Technology and FinTech sectors.

Over last two decades I have been involved in founding, financing, listing and selling multiple business including Absolute Sensors, Intrasonics, Chord Capital, Sphere Medical, Omnisense, Sensopad, SGAI (Hong Kong based JV with Chinese manufacturer, AML), RedCloud / Iceni Mobile (mobile financial services in emerging markets - and directed the team ,while at Sagentia, who implemented M-Pesa with Vodafone / Safaricom in Kenya) and more recently CMR Surgical (medical devices).
