Luke Pilling

Research Fellow at University of Exeter Medical School.

Luke joined the Epidemiology and Public Health group at the University of Exeter in November 2010. The group’s research focuses on conventional and biochemical risk factors of ageing and age-related diseases. Their aim is to determine the underlying causes and mechanisms, and to inform clinical decision making and public health policy.

His role is to use genetic, transcriptomic and epigenetic data from human population studies to explore the molecular mechanisms of ageing and age-related disease.
