Lou assists Foresight in accelerating technology-enabled better futures by building a global, interdisciplinary, decentralized scientific community advancing this goal. They host the DeSci Paris workshop, Vision Weekend Europe, and promote Foresight’s mission and Existential Hope through media, conferences, and collaborations.

As a Ph.D. candidate, Lou researches Network Sovereignties, such as Network States and Coordi-Nations – exploring the emergence of new systems of coordination structured around networks in the digital era.

Via Embassy Network and Feÿtopia, they grow a network of communities prototyping new forms of governance and solidarity.
