Kyoto Prefectural University of Medicine is a public university in Kyoto, Japan. It was established in 1872 providing education of professionals who have advanced specialized knowledge and respond to developments in medicine and care. In addition to the education of nurses and doctors, the university offers curriculum of graduate school, and foster cooperation with the government and local enterprises.
