Kathy Trieu

Research Fellow at the George Institute for Global Health and a conjoint lecturer at the University of New South Wales

Kathy Trieu is a Public health nutritionist, Research Fellow in the Food Policy Division at the George Institute for Global Health, and a conjoint lecturer at the University of New South Wales.

Her research focuses on addressing diet-related disease burden through examining the impact of nutrition on cardiovascular diseases and NCDs as well as developing, implementing, and evaluating policies and interventions to improve nutrition for different populations worldwide.

Kathy holds a PhD in Medicine, MPH and BAppSc (Nutr&ExSpSc) from the University of Sydney.
