I have decades of leadership experience in biomedical research, policy, communications and engagement. I have been an architect of transformative research programs including the All of Us Research Program and led the formulation and implementation of key laws, regulations, and policies to advance openness and inclusion in medical research and prohibit the misuse of genetic information. I have built passionate productive teams, detoxified work environments, and mentored a new generation of women leaders.
