James has been the Technical Director of Bluesky, a geographic data company, since its formation in 2003. He has over 20 years’ experience in the acquisition, analysis and application of a variety of Geographic Information.  Besides the technical knowledge, James has a wealth of experience in business management, and is also Managing Director of EarthSense Systems limited, and spin out JV company from the University of Leicester, which is focussed specifically on tackling the global issue of air quality.  Bluesky’s main office is in Coalville, Leicestershire, but also has offices in Ireland, India and the US.
