The Innovative Medicines Initiative (IMI) is Europe's largest public-private initiative aiming to speed up the development of better and safer medicines for patients. IMI supports collaborative projects that are addressing some of the biggest challenges in health research and innovation, including antimicrobial resistance, brain disorders, diabetes, and immune disorders as well as issues such as medicines safety and clinical trial design. IMI also supports a number of education projects.
