Iain Watson is currently working as a Political Correspondent at BBC, reporting on politics, breaking political stories, and interviewing high profile politicians for TV bulletins, Radio 4 &5 programmes and online. In the past, he worked as Westminister Editor at Sunday Herald, reporting on UK politics, including Northern Ireland peace process, providing significant ‘splashes’ for the paper, writing in depth analysis pieces and covering the first elections to the Scottish Parliament.

Watson received M.A Hons in History, English Literature, French from University of Glasgow.
