Give&Take Care CIC is a social enterprise that aims to improve the quality of care for older adults. To do so we hope to mobilise existing charity volunteers and society at large so that new relationships can be built in local communities and people can start looking after each other. Volunteers giving care are able to save the time they dedicate to someone else in a personal account and to use the saved hours for their own care when they will need care in the future. The innovation in this scheme resides in the fact that Give&Take Care is a solution independent from external investments.
