Frankie Phillips

Registered Dietitian and Registered Nutritionist

Prior to becoming a freelance dietitian Frankie held various roles connected to nutrition research, including working as a nutritionist on the National Diet and Nutrition Survey for 4-18 year olds, and as the country nutritionist for the INTERMAP project at Imperial College London. Frankie worked as Nutrition Scientist at the British Nutrition Foundation before moving to the British Dietetic Association as Public Relations Officer and Media Spokesperson.

Since 2009 Frankie has worked as a freelance dietitian, primarily focused in early years, developing resources to support parents and carers with feeding young children, advising on complementary feeding, fussy eating and snacking. Frankie often consults for media and online Q&A sessions with parents, and has written a series of articles for BBC Good Food on feeding children of different ages and overcoming feeding problems.
