Douglas Mulhall is Co-founder of Elastrin Therapeutics, and one of the most experienced environmental health & Circular Economy experts in the European Union. He was chief author on the first national blueprint in Europe for a circular economy. He advises multinational corporations, startups, city and national governments on environmental health, as well as developing public health infrastructure and researching bio-compatible medical technologies. In his earlier career he was Co-Founding CEO of a national television and radio network in Eastern Europe, and co-founded the first South American NGO for recycling wastewater.

His earlier best-selling book, Our Molecular Future, was one of the first to describe 3D manufacturing and the impacts of disruptive technologies on sustainable development.
