J. David Prologo, MD, FSIR, ABOM-D is a dual board certified Interventional Radiologist and Obesity Medicine Specialist. Dr. Prologo is currently a faculty member at Emory University School of Medicine, where he performs research investigating new ways to manage difficult medical conditions, primarily related to pain and obesity.

For the majority of Dr. Prologo's career, he has focused on the innovation of new procedures to treat pain. As an interventional radiologist, Dr. Prologo is able to reach nerves and pain centers deep in the body without surgery - which allows for brand new ways to treat pain without opioids. He has published numerous peer-reviewed articles in respected medical journals describing new ways to manage pain primarily for cancer patients, but also for those with back pain or pelvic pain, and beyond.
