Chi Zhou is an associate professor in the department of industrial and systems engineering at University at Buffalo. Prior to Joining, Zhou worked as engineer in the field of research and development at EnvisionTEC Inc and software engineer at Siemens. He obtained PhD in  industrial and systems engineering from University of Southern California and completed BS and MS in industrial engineering at Huazhong University of Science and Technology.
