Having achieved a BSc in Biological Sciences from the University of Reading, Alex studied for an Msc in Nutrition and Food Science before starting work at the British Nutrition Foundation as an Assistant Nutritionist.

Alex’s role as an Assistant Nutritionist at BNF involves contributing to both the scientific and education programmes within the foundation. The job role also involves supporting BNF’s awards, memberships, conferences, forums and other activities such as offering support to the senior leadership team and helping with conference admin.
