Alan Cohen
Associate Professor of Environmental Health Sciences at the Columbia University
Alan Cohen is the Biological Complexity and Healthy Longevity Associate Professor at the Robert N. Butler Columbia Aging Center and the Department of Environmental Health Sciences at Columbia University. He has a Ph.D in Ecology and Evolution from the University of Missouri and completed postdoctoral work in epidemiology and biostatistics at Johns Hopkins, the University of Toronto, and the University of Sherbrooke. He combines expertise in the biology of aging, complex systems dynamics, and epidemiology to derive novel measurement approaches to aging and health.
