MMTP experiment has been approved.

Has secured supplies and lab time even with coronavirus restrictions.

40 C57BL mice will be treated with a combination of senolytics.

Senolytic drugs being tested are ABT-263, ABT-199, dasatinib, and isoquercetin.

Will be compared to 40 control mice.

All mice were 18 months old when the experiment started.

Aging marker analyses of blood samples will examine impact of the senolytic treatment.

Health of the animals monitored with a range of other murine health parameters too.

Research being carried out at Leipzig University, crowdfunded by Life Extension Advocacy Foundation.
