Simon Sakhai
Founder at Jung Longevity and President at Oxford Society of Ageing and Longevity
The science of longevity has the potential to re-shape our world: offering longer, healthier lives, alleviating trillions in healthcare costs, and removing decades of suffering people experience in the late stages of life. For many, longevity science sounds like science fiction, but it's not. Protecting your health-span, and taking agency over your biological age, is a paradigm for personal health that we can implement today. I'm currently the Co-President at the Oxford University Society of Aging and Longevity, where we promote, advocate, and discuss Longevity with the leading scientists and thinkers in this field, and aim to impart the the importance of this field within the Oxford University Ecosystem. I feel privileged to work with such an incredible team and in such an incredible place.
I'm also launching Jung, making niche longevity accessible to the widest possible audience - set to launch in Spring 2023. The problem we're trying to fix is a huge lack of accessibility, rampant misinformation, and an emotional disconnect and un-relatability between the science of aging and the general public. I think aging is truly a choice, and Jung will help give people the tools to take agency over the aging process.
