International Longevity Summit Africa (ILSA) 2025
Foremost and most extensive longevity and aging conference in Africa, organised by Afrolongevity (KwaZulu-Natal, South Africa)
10-Sep-2025
The International Longevity Summit Africa (ILSA) is the premier annual gathering dedicated to advancing the science, policy, and practice of healthy longevity across Africa and the world. Organised by Afrolongevity, the summit has been at the forefront of fostering transformative discussions and collaborations since the World Health Organization (WHO) declared 2020-2030 as the Decade of Healthy Longevity.
But ILSA 2025 dares to go further.
While the world debates the future of health, Africa is engineering it—on its own terms.
ILSA is the only summit where the old and the new collide to forge radical protocols, business models, and diplomatic tools to bridge Africa’s longevity divides and accelerate the closure of its life expectancy gaps.
This is the birthplace of Afro-futuristic health ecosystems, Africa’s longevity diplomacy, and the health economies that will define the next century.
