Memic set out to manufacture innovative robotic systems, with headquarters in Tel Aviv, Israel and Fort Lauderdale, Florida. Memic’s Hominis surgical platform features miniature, humanoid-shaped robotic arms with human dexterity, superhuman flexibility, and 360˚ articulation. Beyond the current applications for transvaginal procedures, Memic is further developing this technology to explore use in abdominal single and multi-port surgery, as well as other transluminal indications.
