Prof. Regina Ejemot Nwadiaro is a senior academic leader at Kampala International University (KIU) in Uganda, serving as the Deputy Vice-Chancellor for Research, Innovation, Consultancy and Extension (RICE), where she spearheads the institution’s efforts to strengthen research capacity, foster innovation, and build impactful community and academic partnerships. In her role, she has led strategic initiatives such as advancing collaborative research networks, promoting grant acquisition and publication outputs, and forging institutional agreements that broaden practical learning and justice access opportunities for students. Prof. Nwadiaro also plays a key part in representing KIU in international academic engagements and in directing programs that enhance research skills and cross-disciplinary scholarship across the university.
