Katharine Hammond

Katharine Hammond is a Professor of Environmental Health Sciences and Associate Dean for Academic Affiars at University of California, Berkeley. Her research interests include exposure of construction workers to lead and relationship to blood lead levels, environmental tobacco smoke exposures, measurement of urinary solvent metabolites and the relationship to other exposure assessment parameters.
Hammond completed MS in Environmental Health Sciences from Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Healthand PhD in Chemistry from Brandeis University.
