Professor at the Institute of Bioelectronic Medicine, Feinstein Institutes for Medical Research; Vice President in Advanced Engineering at Northwell Health, and Professor in Molecular Medicine at Donald and Barbara Zucker School of Medicine. Bouton is also the Founder and CEO of Neuvotion.

Earlier, Bouton was a research leader at Battelle, the world’s largest nonprofit research and development (R&D) organization, and was involved in medical device R&D programs for 18 years.

Bouton received his BS in Electrical Engineering at Iowa State University and completed MS in Engineering Mechanics at Iowa State University with Honors.
